Last week Joni over at Six Cherries on Top posted about her weight loss struggles and asked for help staying motivated. I have the same issues. I need to know I have to be accountable for my actions and it is so much easier when you have someone on the other end waiting for you to check in.
My ankle was still healing from my spraining it so I could not go do to much exercise on it. I actually went to the gym a few days ago and did 3.75 miles on the elliptical machine and quickly found out I had to watch how I moved on it cause my ankle was still really sore.
I sprained it the weekend before the 4th of July and am really hoping that it heals soon!
Joni was amazing though. We texted back and forth with the kik app (I'm CapturingMagic on there). Since my ankle was still healing we kept each other accountable for our water intake. It was great. I ended up drinking 88oz of water that day.
Long story short, it is amazing to have someone who is counting on you to meet your daily goals and visa versa. I defiantly was more aware and conscious of what I was putting in my body when I had to be accountable.

Before pregnancy: 233lbs
End of pregnancy: 276lbs
After pregnancy: 228lbs
That is where I am at right now. I need to lose about 88lbs to be back at my ideal weight.
My first goal 200lbs in six months.
